The oil cooler is turbine oil cooling equipment used in the power system for the steam turbine. This type of oil cooler is smooth tube surface type and uses circulating water as medium to realize heat exchange, thus ensuring the bearing inlet oil temperature reaches the specified value and the normal operation of the unit. The main structural components of LY type oil cooler provided by the oil cooler manufacturer include an upper and lower water chamber, a shell pipe system and an oil charging pipe. the shell is connected with an inlet and outlet pipe, an inlet and outlet pipe, a drain pipe, an oil discharging pipe, an exhaust pipe and a thermometer base. The cooling water flow is generally double flow, and the oil cooler is generally installed vertically or horizontally.
Closed cooling water enters the oil cooler through the top end cover of the oil cooler, and then flows in small pipes inside the oil cooler. Countless small cooling water pipes are fixed through partition plates distributed inside the oil cooler. Through the partition plates, the oil cooler is separated into several small spaces, and lubricating oil flows outside the cooling water pipes in an S-shape. This arrangement can increase the effective heat exchange area and improve the cooling effect. A cooling water chamber is formed at the bottom of the oil cooler. Lubricating oil and cooling water are separated and sealed by two O-rings (roller tubes) and a copper bed.
1. It has a reasonable structure, can keep the oil temperature stable within a large temperature variation range, and has good resistance to temperature mutation and vibration.
2. Thin-walled stainless steel pipes are used, with high heat transfer coefficient, large heat area per unit length and high heat transfer.
3. Reliable assembly structure, ensure that cooling water will not enter the turbine unit.
4. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth and free of burrs, wrinkles, dust and scaling, and low fluid resistance.
